Overview
The Product team works in 6 week cycles. After that cycle is done, we have one week respectively for improvements and innovation. We don't have a traditional roadmap. Instead we are just one cycle ahead in our planning, because we always want to be able to produce relevant features for our users. We call this process of planning Shaping. Our goal is to do 50% customer driven work and 50% innovation. Customer driven are features or solutions that customers are asking for, and innovation is when we do new things, or solve things in a new way. Sometimes the categories overlap.
